Terms of Service - EduCloud Multi-Tenant School SaaS

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the EduCloud Multi-Tenant SaaS Platform and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern subscriptions, school tenant administrators, staff credentials, and parent access.

2. School Tenant Responsibilities

Each school institution maintains sole ownership of its educational records and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its administrator and teacher login credentials.

3. Service Level Agreement & Uptime

EduCloud commits to a 99.9% uptime SLA for cloud web portals and mobile APIs, supported by redundant Redis caching and containerized PostgreSQL storage.
